This is the first rum released by the Rum Bothy (the same folks behind the very tasty Gin Bothy!) and is one of our bestsellers. They use locally sourced saffron that adds a kind of elegance to this syrupy sweet spiced rum, perfect for sipping or mixed. We espcially love this is a hot rum punch using apple juice, ginger beer and lime juice.
