A slightly more unusual approach to single grain from the Loch Lomond distillery in that this dram is made from 100% malted barley. Would that not make it a single malt you might ask? Well, to be a single malt a scotch whisky must be must be pot distilled but this one has been distilled in column or coffey still making it a single grain! This method produces a lighter and more approachable whisky.
