Bruichladdich don't want all the spirit produced under the Bruichladdich name to taste the same and as such they are big on experimenting with terroir. In 2004 they put a call out to the farmers of the island to to work with them and start growing barley for distillation on the island for the first time in over 100 years. They started out with one farm and it has now become an island wide project!
Tasting notes: Fresh malt and cereal notes, tropical fruits, peach syrup and a pineapple fizz.
