This quirkily named malt comes from a blend of big Islay names! They use Caol Ila which adds some sweetness; Ardbeg which adds some salty, earthy and medicinal notes; Bowmore bringing in some balance; Port Ellen bringing a wee bit of rarity! Bottled by indy bottler Douglas Laing as part of their Remarkable Regional Malts range which looks to showcase each whisky region in Scotland.
Tasting notes: ashy, sweet tar, beaches, smoking chimneys, salty, tangy
